IS THIS A HAUNTED HOUSE?


This is NOT a haunted house attraction but rather a historical WALKING spooky tour or hunt. In the hunt we give you professional tools to borrow for the evening and show you how to use them to talk to the dead. In the tour, we give you creepy, true, history and entertain you along the way.
WHAT IF I MISS MY TOUR/HUNT?


We will gladly reschedule you, your tickets are good for any time, but as we are a small business, there are no refunds, sorry.
Please let us know if you will be more than 5 minutes late to a tour/hunt. We will wait 5 minutes for you as courtesy but the show must go on after that!

 
WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Parking is encouraged to be done at the Preservation Park parking lot, although you may park anywhere that is not reserved. Most buildings are closed once we start, so parking in an un-reserved spot will not be an issue. 
Our meeting spot is at 209 Gentry St Spring Tx 77373 in front of a big white building that says "Stardust" on the front.

IS ALCOHOL ALLOWED?


Alcohol is allowed to be carried throughout the night in the Old Town Spring location.

However, excessively drunk guests will be asked to leave due to safety. Those asked to leave will not be rescheduled or given a refund.

 
ARE KIDS ALLOWED ON THE TOUR OR HUNT?


Children of all ages are allowed on tours, but I ask 13+ with parent for Ghost Hunting. Children are very sensitive to the paranormal, so parental supervision is recommended!

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED TO BRING? WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

We encourage you to bring Bug spray, a fully charged phone or camera, and comfortable clothes and shoes. You may bring your own ghost hunting tools except Ouija boards are not allowed at any time due to the comfort of our team and other guests. You may bring/carry alcohol on  tours and hunts, but no: excessively drunk, unruly, disruptive, or harassing guests at any time, whether that be to our team or other customers. Those asked to leave will not be given a refund, or rescheduled.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?


We ask that if you need to cancel/reschedule, please reach out to us at least 4 hours in advance, with the exception of weather emergencies. 
Your tickets NEVER expire and can be rescheduled for any time!

We reserve the right to cancel hunts/tours if we feel unsafe or in emergencies. 
WILL I 100% SEE A GHOST?


We cannot guarantee sightings of spirits EVERY single time, because the activity is based on varying factors. BUT you will be in the most haunted locations, so the chances of getting activity/photos are extremely high!

HOW SOON SHOULD I BOOK?


We do accept same night bookings, but if possible please try to book at least 4 hours before your tour/hunt time. Please text Destiny at 832-579-6282 to check availability for same night bookings!
DO YOU ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS TO BOOK A TOUR/HUNT?
Due to many last minute 
cancellations from guest's who intended to pay cash before the tour began, I do not accept cash payments (with exceptions for walkup's for an already scheduled and confirmed tour). Tickets must be purchased from the Book Now page to guarantee your spot. Thank you for your understanding!
